Our appraisals provide the most detailed and accurate descriptions of your jewelry items along with a colored photograph. Whether for insurance replacement, Estate purposes, fair market value, or gem identification/ authentication, our documents will provide all you require. (please see sample ) You will be given a quote as to how long the appraisal may take and how much the fee will be during your initial appointment. Your jewelry will be thoroughly cleaned and checked for damage in the process. We carry ample insurance to cover the value of jewelry left with us for either appraisal, repair, or renovation.
We provide gemological expertise to prominent jewelry stores, insurance companies, government agency’s (US custom, FBI, Marshals office etc.) and of course to the general public. We work solely by appointment in order to provide private, secure and personal care. We are a full service jewelry company offering appraisal, custom order fabrication, repair and consignment sale.
As a graduate Gemologist with decades of experience we can offer knowledge as to the qualities of any gemstone you may be interested in. The workshops we use to create new items are the same as those used by the fine stores near our office on UNION SQUARE (HARRY WINSTON, CARTIER, TIFFANY, SHREVE, AND GUMPS etc). However, without a large staff or street level retail space we can provide identical quality without the substantial retail markups.
